If you notice behavior or content that appears to violate the rules, please report it using the “Report” button available on each relevant page.
Please follow the steps below to submit a report:
■ Reporting from a user profile
(1) Open the profile of the user in question.
(2) Click the “・・・” icon above the Follow button.
(3) Select “Report”.
(4) On the next screen, choose the report category, enter the reason, and click the “Report” button to complete.
■ Reporting a work
(1) Open the detail page of the work in question.
(2) Tap the "・・・" button in the bottom-right corner of the work caption.
*On smartphones, the "・・・" button is located in the bottom-right corner of the work.
(3) Select “Report”.
(4) On the next screen, choose the report category, enter the reason, and click the “Report” button to complete.
■ Reporting a comment
(1) Display the comment in question.
(2) Click the “・・・” icon to the right of the comment.
(3) Select “Report”.
(4) On the next screen, choose the report category, enter the reason, and click the “Report” button to complete.
■ Reporting a STIKEY
(1) Open the detail page of the STIKEY in question.
(2) Tap the "・・・" icon on the right side of the STIKEY title.
(3) Select “Report”.
(4) On the next screen, choose the report category, enter the reason, and click the “Report” button to complete.
If we determine that the user or content is inappropriate, the management team will take appropriate action.
